Q: What is the Circulation Booster® v3?

A: The Circulation Booster® v3 is a Class IIa medical device which improves blood circulation in the lower legs. It utilises Electrical Muscle Stimulation through two large foot pads stimulating thousands of nerve endings in the soles of the feet.

Q: How easy to use is the Circulation Booster® v3?

A: The Circulation Booster® v3 has been specifically designed to be used by people of all ages in the comfort of your own home. The easy to read manual, as well as the remote control makes the device very simple to operate and easy to use. Simply turn it on, sit back, relax and let the device go to work.

Q: How does stimulation increase blood flow and how does that ease my symptoms?

A:Electrical Muscle Stimulation applied through the foot pads on the Circulation Booster® v3 causes the muscles to contract and release creating a pumping action. This action imitates the body’s natural circulatory system, like when walking, improving blood flow in your lower legs and reducing fluid retention in the calves and feet. Improving blood flow circulation with the Circulation Booster® v3 could relieve the symptoms of poor circulation such as; swollen feet and ankles, aches and pains and cold feet.

Q: Do you stand or sit to use the Circulation Booster® v3?

A:Choose a chair or sofa which is comfortable and close to a power socket. Place the Circulation Booster® v3 on the floor next to the chair in front of where you will sit and plug it in. Sit on the chair and place your bare feet on the foot pads of the Circulation Booster® v3. Use the remote control or the buttons on the device to switch it on and begin the programme. You can then increase the intensity to the desired level.

Q: How far up the leg will the benefits extend?

A:The Circulation Booster® v3 helps improve circulation throughout the lower legs, ankles and feet. You can use the 4 TENS Body Pads with the Circulation Booster® v3 to target other painful areas such has the knees and hips.

Q. Do I have to use it every day?

A:We recommend using the Circulation Booster® v3 for 30 minutes as part of your daily routine to maintain healthy circulation. Even if your symptoms feel better on some days then others we advise you still use the Circulation Booster® v3. Sit back, relax and enjoy the Circulation Booster® v3 while reading, watching the TV or simply having a cup of tea.

Q. I exercise regularly, so I don’t think I need the Circulation Booster® v3?

A:The Circulation Booster® v3 is not designed to replace exercise but could help you maintain an active lifestyle… so you can get on with your day.

Q. Who can’t use the Circulation Booster® v3?

A:The Circulation Booster® v3 should not be used by persons

• In the first trimester of pregnancy
• Fitted with a pacemaker or AICD - the Circulation Booster® v3 could interfere with the device
• Being treated for an existing deep vein thrombosis- to avoid any possibility of mobilising the clot

• Pregnant womb/stomach
• Open, broken or bleeding skin – dress any open wounds before use
• Tissue bleed (internal / external)
• Epilepsy – do not use the TENS Body Pads on the neck area.
• Malignancy (tumour)
• The eyes or testicles
• Infected tissue (inc. Cellulitis)

Q. Are other devices the same?

A: Categorically no. The Circulation Booster® v3 is the only device of its kind which has been scientifically tested to see if it could improve poor circulation, reduce swollen feet and alleviate aches and pains. Other devices have no proven therapeutic benefits and are simply foot massagers. You may find other internet sites claim health benefits in respect to their devices but they are not allowed to do so by law. Only the Circulation Booster® v3 has had independent scientific trials which have tested its efficacy.

Q: What is a Class 2a Medical Device?

A: Medical device classification is part of the European CE Mark certification which determines the device’s medical level. All CE marked devices are tested for their safety. However, a CE Mark does not test or prove the therapeutic effects of the product. The Circulation Booster® v3 is a certified class 2a medical device and the only device of its kind which has been scientifically tested to see if can help improve poor circulation, reduce swelling and alleviate aches and pains.

Q: How do I claim back the VAT?

A: If you have been diagnosed with a chronic illness or disability, you may qualify for VAT exemption and will save a further 20%! Either buy online and declare that you suffer from a chronic or long term illness by ticking the VAT exempt box when you create an account, or fill in the VAT except form enclosed within the packaging when you buy the Circulation Booster® v3 and return the form to receive your VAT back in the form of a cheque (medical conditions apply).

Q: What is the standard delivery time and costs?

A: Our standard delivery is £4.95 (UK Mainland only) and is delivered within 3-5 working days. Many of our orders are dispatched the same day (if ordered before 2pm Mon-Thur); this does not constitute a guarantee. We will do our utmost to meet this expectation.

Q: Can I get faster delivery?

A: With our Next Day delivery option, you are guaranteed next working day delivery for all orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri, to a UK address. For all orders placed on a Friday, this option guarantees delivery on the following Monday. We ensure that all our deliveries are made safely and securely via a courier, Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm.

If you are not at home, our courier will endeavour to leave it with a neighbour close by and leave you a card explaining which of your neighbours has your order. Next day delivery is £9.95 and you can specify if you would like delivery before noon or after noon.

Next day Saturday delivery is £12.95 and if you would like a Saturday delivery before noon it is £19.95. Orders have to be processed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) in order to qualify for guaranteed next day delivery via our safe and secure courier. Order placed after 2pm will be processed the next day for delivery the day after that.
